By signing this form it is agreed and understood that GCFTHA of Oklahoma, INC., it's members officers, and/or board of directors are not liable for damage or loss, suffered or sustained by the owner, exhibitor, handler, rider or spectator, as a result of any physical or perceived personal injury or property damage in connection with sanctioned or un-sanctioned GCFTHA events. (Oklahoma Livestock Activities Liability Limitation Act Title 76)
Application renews annually on January 1st of each year. Memberships are not pro-rated.
